2 Bathrooms "Welcome to Casa Tranquil! Our family-friendly holiday home is nestled in a traditional Spanish village, just 1 hour from the airport. Enjoy a relaxing break with a private pool, terrace with BBQ, large TV with PlayStation, Nintendo Wii, nearby lake, Sierra Nevada Mountains, beaches, and Granada City. Experience local restaurants, day trips, and indoor activities.

The house is a 5-bedroomed property with a mix of double beds and single beds.
It has two kitchens, one inside the house and another outdoor kitchen based on the upper terrace. There is also a traditional BBQ next to the pool.
The house is completely private with no one overlooking you from any direction, it also has a 15ft wall which ensures that even on windy days you can relax with a little breeze.
There are three fridges and two freezers, one is situated in the outdoor kitchen.
There are several sun loungers and pool toys for the children. These can be taken to the Lake Beach which is approx 25 min drive from the house. Please ensure everything is returned to the same location should we need to advise/guide other guests we know where the items should be.
Please note that the house does have an alarm system with cameras. This is to protect against Squatting Laws in Spain and not due to any burglaries etc. The Cameras only work when the alarm is on and is monitored by Secritas and not ourselves. During any guest's stay the house is not alarmed and therefore the cameras are not active.
Guests have full access to the whole house barring the Pool Pump Room. Due to the chemicals stored we do not give access to this part of the house.
We do not live in Spain so we interact via the booking channel.
I do have maintenance people and cleaners on hand should you need anything.
Whilst most items are catered for please bring enough Beach Towels of your own to use on the pool furniture. This is to help maintain good hygiene and stop suncream stains etc.
