It has a private walled garden with a hot tub Located near the affluent Bamford area and only 7 minute walk to Rochdale Town Centre with Metro Links into Manchester and 10 Minute's walk to Rochdale Train Station with non-stop services into Manchester only taking 10 minutes. Great restaurants and services are just a few minutes' walk of the house
The property comprises of two double bedrooms, a good size bathroom and an open-plan living space with a pull-out bed/sofa. We have advertised it as being useful for 1 person but if you feel two can sleep on the sofa bed you are more than welcome to bring up to 6 people. Please note that whilst we are happy to have children the home is not set up with safety equipment like stair gates, plug covers etc, so the home is to be used at your own risk with children.
This detached house is perfectly situated for those wanting to go out for a meal in Bamford, which has a number of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and a garage/corner shop within a short walk. Also only a 7-minute walk into Rochdale town centre which has, historic buildings, pubs, clubs and restaurants, a cinema, and indoor golf on the metro link into Manchester city centre.
Within a 5-minute drive, there is another area that has McDonald's, KFC, tenpin bowling, another cinema and restaurants.
The area is also suitable for people looking to get away from the city into an area of natural outstanding beauty with walks to a number of reservoirs, waterfalls and long hill walks all within between five to ten minutes short drive.
The house is truly situated in a fantastic position to be able to enjoy yourself locally on foot or be in Manchester city centre within 20 minutes of leaving the house. (train station is five mins drive and 10-15 minutes on a direct train)
With the house being detached, most people will be able to enjoy drinks with friends without disturbing any neighbours and sits on part of a street with only one neighbour.
The house is also within a 10-minute drive to the M62 and M60 motorways and is approx a 30-minute drive into Manchester City Centre.
The house is situated in a very quiet street and therefore is only suitable to those wanting a quiet place to stay or people just having a few quiet drinks. the house is detached and therefore most people will have no issue, but it is not suitable for extremely loud music.
The property can be accessed by key code, but I am also available 24/7 to let you into the property should you have any issues.
I live locally and can be on hand to help with anything. However, I generally leave you to enjoy the house and your time in the area.
Please note that our prices from Monday to Thursday do not include the hot tub. We reduce our nightly prices to attract working professionals/contractors.
However, you can request the Hot Tub from Monday to Thursday at a small fee, but please bear in mind that it may not be available if it has just been cleaned and the clean water needs to heat back up. This is normally done on Wednesdays.
